The Granary down the street from the office is in the perfect spot to lure in hungry tourists and Pearl employees. Based on the menu the owner had the same idea. Serving BBQ, it is the only place to grab a brisket sandwich for blocks.

Choosing to be different begins with doing one thing well. Playing the field is safer than growing roots. But it’s hardly ever a good branding strategy.

When it’s exceptional, it’s all you need.
